This journal is almost entirely friends-only, and that will not be changing. Don't get offended if I don't friend you back. If you do get offended, it's not my fault. I'm at a point at which I use this space to make sense of my own world, and I'm not going to censor the content because of who's reading it.
I am a geek, and such a bookworm I've declared myself bibliosexual. If that term confuses or disgusts you, we will probably never see eye to eye on much. I laugh and lot and cry pretty frequently too. I'm in the process of learning how to approach each day with purpose and with meaning. I haven't actually mastered that one yet, nor have I mastered the art of choosing my battles. I am headstrong, willful and stubborn, and am living proof that those qualities (when tempered with good intentions) can occasionally masquerade as patience. Don't be fooled.
